An Application for Employment must specify which vacant announced position you are applying for and must be completed in its entirety in order to be considered for employment with the City of Bristol. You may attach a resume as supplemental information, but you must complete all requested information on the Application for Employment. Unsolicited applications and resumes will not be retained.

You may obtain an Application for Employment by downloading online or by visiting the Human Resource office in person. You may submit the application for employment by either:
Electronic submission is only available if you are using Microsoft Outlook Mail Client. Outlook must be open and you must click send / receive email from that screen. If you use an email service such as Yahoo, Hotmail or some other second party email service, then you cannot submit your resume electronically. In that event please print off your finished resume and mail or fax your resume to the Human Resources Department.
