The City of Bristol, Tennessee assumes no responsibility for incorrect information entered by utility customers. Utility customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made in sufficient time to meet required deadlines. Utility customers are responsible for printing and retaining the confirmation of any payment. The time and date of payments as indicated on the confirmation will be the date of the payments. Payments must be confirmed prior to midnight of the scheduled due date to be considered paid on time. Payments made online may not be reflected in online searches for 1-2 business days.

The City of Bristol, Tennessee reserves the right to refuse any and all payments.

Customers will not be able to use the online or phone service after 12 PM (noon) on the day before the cutoff day. You will need to pay in one of these three ways:

1) In person at 801 Anderson Street (Room 203, 2nd floor City Hall) prior to 9 AM on cutoff date
2) Drop Box located outside City Hall on 8th Street. Must be in box prior to 8 AM on cutoff date
3) Mail to P.O. Box 1348, Bristol, TN 37621-1348 in a timely manner to be received before the cutoff date
