Volunteer Parkway Development Strategy
At the December 2019 City Council Work Session, staff from the Department of Economic Development in conjunction with the Department of Development Services and the Legal Department presented an initial strategy to explore revitalization of the Volunteer Parkway corridor. The study area encompassed a stretch of roughly 4.9 miles from West State St to Century Blvd. The development strategy document may be viewed here.
